AUTEC

AUTEC is the commercial name of "Automatismes Electrònics i Control, SL", a business founded in 1982, dedicated to electronic engineering and the special computer systems.

It has a considerable market share in the provision of electronic auction systems in Spain, mainly in the Mediterranean arc. From 1984 it holds the market leadership, both in Catalonia and Spain, in integral automation solutions for the wholesale fish markets. It is located in Girona, in the North of Catalonia, Spain.

Its mission in this project, as the main contractor, is to adapt the new technology to the present electronic auction systems, to create the infrastructures required to develop the project, and the implementation of the prototype in the fishermen's associations participating in the project.
